- $25 a Merchant per month, includes eGift
- $100 for 1000 cards, if you choose to source otherwise and need to import a range there is a $100 fee per Range Import
Focus Gift Card Balances can be Imported
- Export for each Store if in multi-store, label file with Mx Name - MID - HWKEY
- Fields to Export Card #, Balance, ActiveStatus
Gift Cards are supported as follows:
- POS - Entered through Pinpad swiper or manually entered, will no longer use the MSR on the POS terminal
- STOLO - available to use at checkout (need to active in SkyTab Online Payment Options)
- STM - Not currently Supported

Transactions will be processed using pin pad not MSR once migrated to Shift4 Gift Cards
Signup Process
Please request your local Reseller to contact the Shift4 Gift Card Team ( giftcardteam@shift4.com ) to request the Gift Service option be added to the Merchant's Lighthouse Account. Please include the following details for the activation

Request to add Shift4 Gift (TCC) to Focus POS Account
- Merchant Name
- MID:
- Existing Cards (Yes or No)
- Reseller Point of Contact details (name, phone, email)
- Restaurant Point of Contact details (name, phone, email)
- S4_Gift_Card_Conversion Form Completed (see attachment to article)
Once the Gift Card team has activated Shift4 Gift on LBM proceed to the following step
Signup new Merchant to TCC - Merchant's will need to login to their admin LBM account to enroll. instructions below:
Log in to your admin Lighthouse Business Manager account (https://lh.shift4.com/sign-in).
Select the Shift4 Gift option from the Menu along the left hand side toward the bottom.
Select the "Get Started" button and follow the prompts to enroll and create your custom gift card website.
Navigate to the "Physical Gift Card" section and select 'Choose Card Design' to begin designing your gift card order.
If they have existing cards you will to do the following:
Import Existing Gift Card liability:
A gift card conversion allows you to reprogram all outstanding gift card balances. Send a sample card with a completed conversion worksheet. This must be mailed to the address below.
For USPS, FedEx and UPS shipments:

If we can convert, we’ll need a database (liability report) of card numbers and balances in EXCEL format. The report must be obtained by the previous gift card provider and submitted to the gift card department. Data must be in one file and include the full card number with individual balances. ADDITIONALLY, we will need a list of full card numbers for any and all unsold cards to complete this initial conversion. Please note, additional conversions for any reason will incur a fee of $100.00. The merchant must stop processing gift cards at the time the report is submitted. Conversions are to be scheduled in advance by submitting all necessary documents via our webform at www.shift4.com/contact-support and can take up to 24 hours for completion. The email provided on the conversion form will be notified when the conversion is complete.

If Device is requesting AVS, EXP, etc you can turn that off for Bin ranges in UTG > Devices
