ScheduleFly Integration 2.0

The ScheduleFly integration is a two-way integration where Focus will query the ScheduleFly employees that will need to be mapped in Focus under the 'Integration Mapping' option in Setup.  Once employees are mapped and their employee is set to 'Enforce Schedule' Focus will now communicate and Clock In and Clock Out with ScheduleFly to verify the specific employee schedule

***Note: Focus is not validating Job at clock in, only that they employee is scheduled

• Shift4 Full Acquiring
• Demo StoreID  'DemoStore007'

Setup:

Step 1:

• Obtain ScheduleFly Store Identifier from ScheduleFly

Step 2:  Configure ScheduleFly 

• Login to Focus Setup
• Navigate to Miscellaneous>General | Timekeeping
  • Scheduling Options > Type = ScheduleFly
  • Enter Store Identifier value
  • 
  • Save and Close

Step 3: Map Employees

• Navigate to Miscellaneous>Integration Mapping
• 
• Note: If error is displayed 'Failed to load Mappings' close form and verify the Store Identifier from previous step
• Simply Select the employee under the Mapping Status column to assign the ScheduleFly employee to selected Focus Employee
• 
• Not Mapped and None are same status
• Ignored is used for employees that will not need mapping, examples are Managers, Generic Bar/Cashier, Admins or Corporate employees
• Complete all necessary mapping

Step 4: Set Employees to Enforce Schedule

• Setup>Employees
• Select Employee, check 'Enforce Scheduling' option on each employee 
• 
• Save & Close

Step 5:  Set Clock In/Out Grace Periods and Enforcement

• Employee Setup > Select Enforce Schedule for each employee you wish to enforce schedule
• Job Setup Employees>Jobs 
  
  • Timekeeping Tab
    • Enter Grace Periods for jobs
    • 0 value is not enforced
    • Example
      • The job allows employee to clock in 10 minutes prior to scheduled time or 5 minutes past scheduled time without manager approval (Job Right Approve Clocks)
      • Clock out time are NOT enforced

  • Rights Tab
    • adjust the bump up, bump back scheduling options
    • 
    • Approve Clocks Job Right is required to approve any clock in/out outside of grace period or unscheduled shift
